1. Insertion of rotor: during its operation, it is required to install bearing end caps at both ends of the rotor during rolling bearing, although it is necessary to prevent bearing damage. DC reduction motor with proper electrode is not allowed to have too much idle time, so relevant operators need to pay more attention to its inserted rotor.

2. Bearing equipment: During the operation of bearing equipment, the link is to maintain a clean equipment environment. Operators cannot wear gloves. If it is a sliding bearing, operators need to pay more attention. However, if it is a rolling bearing, it needs to be coated with a layer of grease.

3. Dead center: the compliance of DC reduction motor operation is very vulnerable to the influence of dead center quality, which includes power parameters, noise and other components. The poor quality of the dead center introduces that its mounting pressure is too loose, and the cost of iron is relatively large. If the temperature is continuously raised, the burr will pose a serious risk to the insulation equipment and shorten the service life of the winding. The electric motor manufacturer will produce certain electromagnetic noise seriously, making its operation lose average.

The phase line of electric motor has three thick phase lines and five Hall lines, which are connected according to one method of thick line and one method of thin line respectively. Turn on the switch to check the motor operation. If the motor does not respond, it may be noisy. If the thick wire does not move, continue to test according to the arrangement of the thin wire until all the thin wires are tested and stopped. If the normal operation is not possible, the next method of thick line and the next method of thin line shall be used for continuous adjustment, and so on, until the normal adjustment stops.

4. The rotor or rotor core shall be hot sleeved on the shaft: in the production and manufacture of electric motor, the main advantage of hot sleeved equipment is to improve the operation degree of the rotor, thus ensuring that the rotor of DC reduction motor reaches a certain strength. However, in actual production, it can be seen that if the rotor shows light and thin fever, it will form a large gap between the iron core and the shaft, which will show the imbalance of air gap. In its vibration, the noise pollution is relatively large. However, these phenomena are not exposed, so operators are very easy to ignore them.

5. Dipping paint: the so-called dipping paint usually refers to winding dipping paint, which is obvious in actual production. If the quality of dipped paint is unqualified, it will absorb moisture and reduce the insulation strength. In addition, the winding is not easy to dissipate heat. In the process of long-term operation, there will be questions about the temperature rising and the insulation equipment being damaged.
