The manufacturer of Wuxi electric motor told you that the electric motor rotates and stops. How to repair it? There are five major defects!

Cleaning defect 1: the control voltage of the controller is close to undervoltage maintenance. In order not to strain the battery, the controller will "set" a certain voltage maintenance value, and power off immediately once offended! Generally, the undervoltage maintenance value of the 48 volt battery is 41-42 volts, and the undervoltage maintenance value of the 60 volt battery is 52-53 volts. When the battery power is used close to the undervoltage value, when the battery power rises, and the ride returns to the undervoltage point for a while, the phenomenon of not turning while riding will occur! When the battery has no power, the power should be cut off immediately. If the battery is forced to move against the rising voltage, the battery will be injured.

Solution: The battery is out of power, which causes the motor to rotate and stop, so the electric vehicle can be charged in a hurry.

Cleaning defect 2: caused by motor phase failure. Generally, the brushless motor is divided into three phases. Without a random phase, the motor operation is abnormal. Some motors are shivering while others are operating abnormally with loud noise. Forced riding will cause the motor to heat up due to the lack of phase. When riding "knock knock knock knock", it should be repaired in time, not because of small defects that cause the motor to be invalid! The lack of phase defects are mostly caused by the Hall of the motor. The Hall element of the motor is a magnetic control sensor, which can detect the change of the magnetic field. The controller operates according to the signals collected by Hall. The three-phase output of the controller allows the motor to operate normally. Once a Hall "strikes" during this period, the motor will be "messy" inside, causing the motor to lose phase and not rotate or shiver when rotating!

Solution: replace the defective Hall, restore the normal "sequence" inside the motor, so that rolling does not tremble.

Sweeping defect 4: speed control is composed of defects. The handle is an important part for controlling the speed. It often rolls over and the damage rate increases. When the speed control handle is damaged, it may cause the electric vehicle to stop rotating or turn intermittently. The handle is generally composed of three wires. The red wire is the positive 5V of the handle, the black wire is the negative wire, and the green wire is the signal wire. Disconnect the plug of the speed regulator, plug in the plug, touch the metal sheet of the black wire with the black pen of the multimeter, touch the green metal sheet with the red pen, roll the speed regulator handle, and adjust the multimeter to the 20V gear. If 1-4V is changed subsequently, it means that the handle is normal, otherwise, the handle is defective.

Solution: Replace the speed regulating handle! Poor touch is caused by rolling wear, which causes rotation and stop.

Cleaning defect 5: caused by internal defects of the controller. The controller is the headquarters of the electric vehicle. It controls the speed of motor operation and is the core component of the electric system of the electric vehicle. The controller drives the motor to rotate. Under the control of the handle, the drive current of the motor can be changed to achieve the speed of dispatching. The controller has certain over-current maintenance. When the load is overloaded, the power will be cut off actively to protect the controller and motor from damage, and the phenomenon of rotating and stopping will also occur!

Solution: Replace the controller and fix it to avoid bumping and damage.
