"Continued mileage" refers to the riding mileage obtained under the above conditions when the new battery is fully charged, the rider's weight is 75kg, the ambient temperature is (25 ± 5 ℃), and the wind speed is not greater than 3m/s, when riding on a flat secondary road, the battery voltage is less than 10.5V and the power is cut off. There are many factors that affect the running range: for example, the new or old battery, the actual "running range" of a new set of batteries may exceed 50km, while the "running range" of batteries that have been used for a period of time will decrease, mainly because the battery capacity decreases with the increase of time. In addition, the actual load weight, whether the road surface is flat, whether there is uphill or downhill, wind speed, wind direction, the number of braking and starting times during driving, whether the tires are fully inflated, the correct charging method, the temperature of the operating environment and other comprehensive factors will affect the length of the actual "mileage" (at 25 ℃ standard temperature, the mileage will be shortened by about 0.5km for every 1 ℃ drop). Quickly find out the fault of electric bicycle and eliminate it

(1) (Open the power lock when there is power) Use a multimeter to measure whether there is voltage in the motor lead, and it can immediately determine the fault between the controller and the motor lead or the control circuit. ① If there is voltage in the measurement result, it can be concluded that: the motor is damaged or there is open circuit fault between the controller and the motor lead, which should be eliminated. ② If there is yuan voltage in the measurement result, it can be concluded that: the controller circuit is faulty, and the next step should be checked. (2) Measuring method: disconnect the brake power off plug of the controller, and then transfer the adjusting handle ① If the vehicle rotates, it is determined that the brake power off switch is broken, causing short circuit fault, and the brake power off switch should be replaced ② If the vehicle does not rotate, replace the original speed regulating handle with a good speed regulating handle for test. If the car rotates, it is determined that: the original adjusting handle is broken, which causes the motor to not rotate, and a new handle should be replaced. ③ If the motor still does not move with a new speed regulating handle, it is determined that: the controller is broken, and a new controller should be used. (3) Measure the contact of the battery box to immediately judge the failure caused by the power supply. Measurement method: use the DC voltage block of the multimeter to measure the contact of the battery box to see if there is a voltage display. ① If there is no voltage display, open the power lock, and the indicator light of the instrument panel is not lit. Then it is determined that a, the fuse of the fuse tube is broken. b, the wire falls off and the welding head is broken. ② If there is a voltage display, open the power lock, and the indicator light of the instrument panel is not lit. Then it is determined that the power lock is broken, If the power is not supplied, the power lock shall be opened by using a new lock. The car cannot stop rotating and cannot brake (car panic). Inspection method: disconnect the controller from the plug of the speed regulating handle (three wire plug 7, 8, 9), and immediately determine the fault of the speed regulating handle or controller. ① After disconnecting the plug of the speed regulating handle, open the power lock and the car will not rotate. Then it is determined that the speed regulating handle is broken and should be replaced with a new one; If the photosensitive sheet or magnetic steel sheet falls off, it should be reinstalled or pasted. ② After disconnecting the plug of the speed regulating handle, turn on the power lock and the car will not rotate. Then it is determined that the controller is broken. Replace the power lock and turn on the power lock. The battery box fuse will not be burnt. Inspection method: Disconnect the power plug of the controller. You can immediately determine the fault location. ① After disconnecting the power plug, turn on the power lock. If the fuse is burnt, it is determined that: a Most of them are short circuited; b. The horn is partially short circuited; c. Short circuit in the power lock; d. If there is a short circuit in the instrument panel, it should be eliminated. ② Connect the battery plug first, then disconnect the plug at the top corner. Open the power lock. If the fuse is no longer burned, it can be concluded that the motor is faulty. After checking, it should be repaired or replaced pertinently. ③ If the fuse is still burned after operation according to methods ① and ②, it can be concluded that the controller is faulty. Replace the controller. ④ Another case is that the fuse tube model is not properly selected, The allowable current is less than the required value (the fuse is too thin) and cannot withstand the current of the electric bicycle. The 20A fuse should be selected to drive slowly (the motor speed is low). ① For the photoelectric speed regulating handle, open the handle and take out the photoreceptor. If the motor returns to normal operation, it can be concluded that the photoreceptor is too dirty, which affects the light transmittance and causes the speed to slow. Clean or replace with a new photosensitive film (at the same time, clean the light-emitting device) ② Measure the power supply voltage of the controller and the motor lead voltage with the DC voltage gear of the multimeter, rotate the speed regulating handle, and the voltage change should be less than 1V. If the change exceeds 1V, it is determined that the controller is faulty, and it should be replaced ③ The motor does not make abnormal noise when rotating, or the motor housing is overheated when running (hot to touch with your hand), it is determined that the motor is faulty, The battery voltage should be repaired or replaced ④ The battery voltage is too low, and the no-load voltage is lower than 36V. Under the running state, it will be close to the undervoltage state. The motor car is small, the speed is slow, and there is no force. The reason lies in the battery. The possible reasons are: a. The running mileage is too long, and the power is used up, so it should be charged in time; b. After the battery is fully charged, one trip is less than 12.5km, which means the battery life is terminated. The battery should be replaced. ⑤ The charger fails. The battery is not fully charged, but it is mistakenly considered to be sufficient, causing the vehicle speed to be too slow and weak. It shall be repaired or replaced in time so that the battery can be charged as soon as possible. ⑥ It is not ruled out that there are design problems and manufacturing problems in the motor itself. The only solution is to replace the qualified motor.
